On a case-by-case basis, any actual instances of damage, missing product(s), or incorrect delivery of the product(s), shall be taken into consideration. Within 24 hours after receiving the product, the consumer must bring the issue to our attention (s). Within 24 hours after delivery, all claims for shortages or damages must be submitted via email to theartland.in@gmail.com along with relevant photographs or videos. The customer's complaint will not be taken into consideration if they fail to notify us of the situation within the allotted time frame (24 hours following delivery).
